Tailgate Church/Potluck/Car Show

Join us this Sunday, October 5th in outside worship
“Tailgate Style” at 10:30 a.m.

We’re planning to worship outside, weather permitting.
Dress casually; feel free to wear gear from your favorite team (high school, college, pros...).
Bring your own chair; we’ll have some at church if you need one
Faithful Friends Sunday School will not meet, Men’s Sunday School will meet.
After worship we’ll stay outside and share in brunch; bring something to share if you'd like.
Park your show cars on the south lawn.

Luke Sermon Sampler

For the next several Sundays we’ll focus for the third time on the Gospel of Luke during worship. We began the year exploring scripture passages telling the accounts of the early ministry of Jesus in and around Capernaum, and during Lent examined stories and teachings as he made his way to Jerusalem. This group of texts is from various parts of the Gospel

prior to the accounts of Holy Week, but really don’t have any interconnected themes, other than being from Luke. It’s kinda like a box of chocolates, you never know what you’re gonna get. Join us in person at 10:30 a.m. or later in the day on YouTube.
